These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TNfix’s website and service delivery across our service network (including 14 Districts of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry). By accessing this website and booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Service Bookings and Scope
* Service Request: All service requests must be placed through our official phone number 06369507425 or the website contact form.
* Service Availability: While we strive for statewide coverage, service availability is subject to technician presence and scheduling capacity in your specific area.
* Diagnosis Fee: A nominal visit or diagnosis fee may be charged if the customer cancels the repair after the technician has diagnosed the fault, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the repair. This fee will be communicated upfront.
2. Pricing and Payment
* Quote Acceptance: A detailed quotation for the repair (including parts and labor) will be provided only after the technician has physically inspected the appliance. Work will commence only upon the customer’s explicit acceptance of this quote.
* No Hidden Charges: The final bill will strictly adhere to the accepted quote. Any subsequent damage or required extra work will be quoted separately and require renewed acceptance.
* Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon the successful completion of the repair service.
3. Warranty and Guarantee
* Repair Warranty: All repair services and replaced spare parts provided by TNfix come with a specific warranty period. The duration and terms of this warranty will be clearly stated on the service bill.
* Voiding Warranty: The warranty is immediately void if any external technician or the customer attempts to tamper with or repair the serviced appliance within the warranty period.
* Appliance Age: TNfix reserves the right to decline service on appliances deemed too old or obsolete to ensure a successful, lasting repair.
4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
* TNfix and its network of technicians are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or issues unrelated to the specific repair carried out.
* We use utmost care during the repair process. However, in the unlikely event of incidental damage to the property or the appliance during service, our liability will be limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
* We are an independent appliance repair service and are not affiliated with any specific appliance brand or manufacturer.
